Exo-Reju — Recovery for Corticosteroid-Damaged Skin
Exo-Reju is a recovery protocol for skin damaged by long-term topical corticosteroid use or by unsuitable products. It uses exosome-based actives to help calm inflammation, restore the skin barrier and support cellular-level rebuilding. The entire course is supervised by our dermatologist.

Recovery timeline
Recovering corticosteroid-damaged skin is a journey, not a single fix. Most clients see meaningful reduction in redness and sensitivity within 4–6 weeks, while full barrier restoration typically takes 3–6 months. A reference plan is 4–8 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart, alongside a strict home routine.
After your session
- Use only the cleanser and moisturiser prescribed by the doctor for the first 4 weeks.
- SPF 50 every morning, reapplied every 2–3 hours when outdoors.
- Avoid all actives (retinol, AHA, BHA, vitamin C) until your doctor clears them.
- Keep a daily skin diary so the protocol can be adjusted at each visit.
